Odem Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 Golan Heights – Dry Red Wine Far up north of Israel, 1050 meter above sea level on the foothills of an extinct volcano, lays a unique small vineyard plot with ideal growing conditions. This Cabernet Sauvignon is a creative expression of the climate, terroir, environment and the character of the variety, which gives an insight into one of the highest elevation and best quality wine growing regions. The grapes were hand harvested at precisely the right time and the fruit was strictly selected. The wine was aged for 18 months in tailored made 500-liter Burgundy French oak, which preserve the pureness of fruit, its freshness and complexity.
